Delivery Information

We work exclusively with the Standard Shipping service, selecting logistics partners that offer the highest reliability in each region.

Average Delivery Times:

  • Mainland Portugal: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Azores and Madeira: 5 to 8 business days.

  • Europe (European Union): 5 to 10 business days.

Processing: Orders with payment confirmed by 3:30 PM (GMT+1) on a business day are processed and prepared for shipping on the same day (subject to stock availability).


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are fixed and transparent:

  • Portugal (Mainland and Islands): €4.00

  • European Union: €10.00

  • Cash on Delivery: An additional fee of €2.50 applies (carrier's management service).


Important Notes for Receipt

To ensure your order reaches you safely, please consider the following:

  1. Signature Required: All our deliveries require a signature upon receipt. For security reasons, we do not deliver to mailboxes.

  2. Shipping Details: It is essential to provide a complete address and a valid telephone number. The presence of someone at the address during business hours facilitates a successful delivery on the first attempt.

  3. Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send an email with the corresponding tracking code so you can monitor the shipping status in real time.

  4. Customer Support: Although the carrier is responsible for transportation, our team is always available to intervene and assist in case of any logistical unforeseen circumstances.
