Delivery information

Fast 24-hour delivery to mainland Portugal.

Provided that the following conditions are met:

  • All products are in stock.
  • The order must be placed by 3:30 PM on a weekday (excluding Friday).
  • Payment should be immediate (e.g., credit card, MB Way, etc.)

This timeframe may vary depending on the shipping method chosen.

Delivery areas

  • Mainland Portugal : carrier (24-hour service)
  • Azores and Madeira : CTT (Portuguese postal service) or courier.
  • International : CTT (Portuguese postal service) or courier (depending on destination)

Deliveries are made only on business days. The shipping companies have no knowledge of the contents of the orders.

Shipping costs

  • Portugal (Mainland and Islands) : €4
  • International : €10
  • Cash payment : +€2.50

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders that are not picked up or are cancelled after shipment may incur additional charges.

International orders (outside the European Union)

Orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Customs clearance expenses
  • Local storage taxes and fees

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these amounts nor can we predict their costs.

Additional information

You must provide a valid address and be present to receive the delivery during normal delivery hours. Delays caused by absence or incorrect information are your responsibility.

Although rare, unforeseen logistical events can happen. In these cases, even if the carrier is responsible, our team is always available to help and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
